If you require service, it can be performed at your location, or by agreement, we will pick up the equipment and return it after repair. If you want to avoid transport costs, you can deliver the devices for repair yourself.

DATA RECOVERY (DELETED FILES)
If the data has been deleted from your disk and is not even in the Recycle Bin, ask us to save or restore the data to the disk.

DATA RECOVERY FROM HARD DRIVE WITH ERRORS
If you have a problem that you cannot access data that is stored on the disk, but cannot be loaded from the disk on which it is saved, whether it is about:

–  Hard Disk,
–  SSD Disk,
–  USB Flash memory,
–  CD (Compact Disk),
– DVD discs,
– SD card,
– RAID-SAS-SCSI,

or some other data storage medium. In cases where the disk is not physically destroyed, there is a high probability that the data is not irretrievably lost.

You can send the disk by mail with a return receipt paid, and our team will immediately do everything possible to save your data. The saved data will be transferred to the correct disk. When returning by mail, we send your damaged disk and a new disk with the data on it.

In the case of the recovery of deleted files from a healthy medium, the deleted data is restored only on the disk that was submitted for recovery. Each individual case is considered and evaluated depending on the disk, the amount of data, the technology and the working time spent.
